"Mental performance coaching has been very educational and multidimensional. I have especially learned to know myself better and deal with different emotional states in the middle of a football game. In games and training, there are moments where the mind wanders away from the most essential, the game itself. With the tools learned from Elias, I have been able to reach a situation where I’ve been able to minimise the distractions and focus back on the task.
I wish everyone who is thinking about starting to work on their mental performance would have the courage to try. I think that if your head is not working properly on the pitch, all the physical aspects are secondary."
